Needling Stop Spit and applying a moxa pot to KD2 Ran Gu will manage drooling, resulting in fewer clothing changes each day. 11.27 Five Tigers -Wu Hu:- • Any finger, palm or thumb pain: 11.27 Five Tigers One and Two on the opposite side with 11.27 Five Tigers One on the same side as a Guiding Point (needled last). • Toe, ankle, foot or heel pain: 11.27 Five Tigers Three, Four and Five (I always use all three). • Gout: Needle opposite side 11.27 Five Tigers Three, Four and Five, deep needle 77.08 Four Flower Upper (ST36) on the same side (up to 60mm, lifting the needle 50% every 10 minutes to disperse heat). SJS Wai Guan ( opposite side) opens to all five fingers for rheumatoid arthritis of the wrist. Use S14 Wan Gu on the opposite side with S13 Hou Xi on the same side as a Guiding Point. • Trigger finger: Needle opposite side 11.27 Five Tigers One and Two, SJS Wai Guan; bleed same side 33.16 Curve Mound (Tung' s LU5).
